What items are returnable?
- Any Motto product with which you are not satisfied
- Within 60 days of receipt of your shipment
- Used or in original condition
Are there charges for return?
- We do not charge stocking or handling fees for a return, we will refund the full product purchase price.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable and you are responsible for return shipping charges. We will deduct return shipping charges from your refund.
How do I submit a return request?
- Click Return Request button at the top of this page.
- Follow the instructions and select the item(s) you want to return.
- Once approved, you will receive a confirmation email with a return shipping label and instructions.
5 Step Return Shipping
- Pack item/s securely, including all items wrapped in protective wrap. You can use the box your items arrived in or another secure box.
- Print your return request authorization email and include inside your return box.
- Print your pre-paid return label we emailed to you.
- Tape the return label to your box, ensuring to cover it thoroughly with clear shipping tape to protect from weather during transit.
- Ship your package through the shipment carrier shown on your prepaid return label.
You will receive an email when return is received and your refund is approved and submitted.
How soon will I get my refund?
- We will send you an email when we issue a refund.
- Your refund will be automatically applied to your original method of payment, within 10 business days of processing. Refunds cannot be issued to another form of payment.
- If your refund is later than 10 business days, we suggest you first check with your credit card or banking institution. If you still have not received, please contact us.
